I've said this before on here I believe-
If it's a 20 something year old couple, fresh out of college, getting a life started I'm all for it. If it's a 30 something couple with established careers etc., I say skip it. My wife and usually participate and give $20 each to the bride and groom- maybe more depending on who it is.
