You could make the claim but one incident probably wouldn't get it done. Hostile work environment/harassment laws are not codes of conduct for the workplace, is the likely answer to that question.

This is women don't really don't belong in the workplace. Telling someone to go frick themselves should be a non event. But thanks to women there is a whole other completely useless career field call HR that exist solely to protect women because they can't do it for themselves.

My good friend and his wife worked together at a pretty good firm. Their boss got in an argument with the wife and she bitched about her "poor treatment" by the boss for days. Got my buddy so worked up about it he called the boss out and was promptly fired.
I wouldn't do shite. Women exaggerate and overly dramatize situations.
My buddy was divorced within a year and he still hasn't found a job close to that one 10+ years later.

Telling someone - male OR female - to go frick themselves is inappropriate for anyone in the vast majority of workplaces.
