Nah. First of all, she mentioned there were witnesses. Second of all, she didn't make a big enough deal about it in an effort to get my attention. She's not the type to b.s. me.

She needs to email HR right now and then meet with them tomorrow.

Usually if you're getting one side of the story, it's highly slanted toward that side. I'd bet there's far more than she's told you.

HR if she feels it's unacceptable. It is unacceptable in company policy for sure.

Yeah, like she takes pics of her arse on the copy machine and leaves them on his desk.

Clearly sounds like a civil rights violation to me. Get the dude fired, get some cash, then beat his arse.

Definitely go to HR, I'm about 100 percent sure that qualifies as sexual harassment

Exactly. I'm sure the conversation started with her asking him to pull out. My natural response would have been the same as his.

She's probably too heavy for that.

Depends on what she wants to do. If she's ok with that type of environment and has a good relationship w/ the boss generally, I'd have her take it up with him directly.

As in, an email telling him that shite is not ok, especially in front of other people, and she won't tolerate it in the future. I'd probably do it via email or at least document via email, and tell him straight up it made her feel shitty and demeaned.

Ideally, he'll get that she's not raking him over HR like she could, and will be smarter in the future without jeopardizing their working relationship. If he balks or retaliates, he's fricked.

Document document document. She could raise hell about it now, but it sounds like she'd probably just prefer to stay on good terms and ensure it doesn't happen again.

File a report in HR, citing a "hostile work environment", Sit back, and enjoy the fireworks. HR is forced to act in a situation, such as this.
