So admittedly, your only source of information is from people with motives to defame the church.
Let me ask you this, do you often believe what you're told to believe by "authority" figures?
Do you some times wonder what you could achieve without that stifling influence holding you back?
My last response to you. Becsouse I need to take the hook out of my mouth or you're just an Fd up individual, either way I'm done with you.
Have fun

Fair enough, but I think I've got enough interaction of yours for a diagnosis. What you're feeling isn't uncommon and is very treatable. But I'm afraid it's only going to get worse if ignored. The unhappiness and anxiety you're feeling isn't necessary or natural no matter how much you want to believe it is.

The public killed the founder of the Mormons. Did that stop them?
We don't need the government deciding which religions are legit. If a moron wants to join an idiot religion - well, you can't stop moron behavior.

I have never seen anything good in person that Scientology has done.
What have you seen "in person" that is bad that they have done?
You don't even know any scientologists. How the frick could you ever witness them doing good "in person"?

Seems like some victims should press charges and seek justice. Why haven't they?

If I went into an auditing session I'd start confessing some seriously fake shite like banging chickens.

That's seems like a bullshite reason not to seek justice.
I'm sorry but I don't base reality on A&E documentaries. Kinda like I don't put all my stock in Michael Moore documentaries.
I've seen the HBO special "Going Clear", it was good. I have no love for Scientology either.

Nothing is "fake" in auditing, if your mind creates a truth that you share then your mind's creation is its own truth. And we can use that truth to know and help you better become your true self.

In the OT levels, Hubbard explains how to reverse the effects of past-life trauma patterns that supposedly extend millions of years into the past.[160] Among these advanced teachings is the story of Xenu (sometimes Xemu), introduced as the tyrant ruler of the "Galactic Confederacy". According to this story, 75 million years ago Xenu brought billions of people to Earth in spacecraft resembling Douglas DC-8 airliners, stacked them around volcanoes and detonated hydrogen bombs in the volcanoes. The thetans then clustered together, stuck to the bodies of the living, and continue to do this today. Scientologists at advanced levels place considerable emphasis on isolating body thetans and neutralizing their ill effects.

A&E hasn't been very objective in it's documentaries either.

The subjects of a TV documentary series about the Ku Klux Klan abruptly canceled last week by A&E allege to Variety that significant portions of what was filmed were fabricated by the producers. Some KKK leaders divulged that they were paid hundreds of dollars in cash each day of filming to compel them on camera to distort the facts of their lives to fit the documentary’s predetermined narrative: tension between Klan members and relatives of theirs who wanted to get out of the Klan. The findings are based on an exclusive Variety investigation based on interviews with over two dozen individuals in and around the KKK who cooperated with the documentary in at least six U.S. states.

Is it not the job of our government to protect its citizens from religious organizations.
Well these people tell their most intimate secrets and crimes while being audio-video during clearing (like confession with a priest) so if they step out of line their secrets get put on signs and people picket outside their homes and places of employment.

I worked for one who would pay for all employees to take the classes. LucasP would agree there are a lot of SPs in this thread.

No doubt. We can only help those who seek it. I feel so much pity for the closed mind in this thread...
