They could cyber attack... but that mau be considered a WMD which warrants a nuclear response. China and Russia dont work as real allies...

1.How would they get here? Neither Russia or China even a fraction of the naval capability to support such an invasion even if you combine both their navies and all the other navies of all other counties as well.
2. Even if they could transport troops here, how could they supply their armies? Look at the logistics required to support Operation Overlord. That operation started with a handful of divisions on a relatively small beachhead and at its peak only consisted of 3 army groups and that was long after numerous deep water ports had been secured. A similar undertaking in the continental US would require at a minimum five or six army groups. Where's the logistics train to support such a massive force?

Truth is the US is trying to keep civilian casualties at the minimum. If we attacked like we did in WW2 and bombed like that, we would invade and trample quickly.
The total US commitment to those wars isn't near the possible commitment as in a case of total war. In ww2 pretty much any job was military production. They even stopped selling cars and making appliances so they could use the factories. If the US flips the switch like in WW2, we would crush them.

I'm pretty confident, as in just looked it up, that TX and LA have more gun owners than either of the entire armies of these two countries. Honestly though, if they were heading straight to the US Capital Building and the White House, I might give them directions.
