Where's the office at? Near Tanger? Near 73? 3115? 3251?

When I was working off of 3115, I commuted from LSU and it was 20-30 minutes easy every morning and there was no traffic. It was a breeze. It wasn't much farther to 73

From there and currently live in Houston area...you guys have no idea what "Higher Taxes" means until you buy a house in a growing Harris County community.

Freaking property reassessed 3 years in a row.

BTW, Prairieville/Dutchtown is nice. They have quite a few places that would fit in your price range and will allow you to bypass some of the more troublesome traffic areas.

Between 645 and about 8 the whole place is a disaster.

But I thought people moved out of Baton Rouge to escape traffic?

6310 Hwy 73

I haven't had the chance to stop by yet, but I was told it's 2-3 miles south of I-10

shite, if that's where it is, you can live anywhere West of there with easy access to Airline that you want to. Heading East in the morning and West in the evening = no traffic, as you're commuting opposite of Ascension Parish (Ascension trash can't drive, or so I've heard). Also, you'd be farther away from the plants, and that's always good.

This, that's not really Geismar, more Dutchtown/Prarieville. Just live in one of the multitude of subdivisions, you're good.

Only problem with what everybody is sayin is that you gonna have a hard time finding a house in the dutchtown/geismar area in the 200k range.

There's not much worth a shite in that range but he can try and find something on Bluffs Ave or Crestway.

Eta: all seriousness. Holler at me with addresses if you want legit assessment. I been slanging pizza in that part of AP for 3 years.

yeah, there's a couple subs. Not much. What about dutchtown villas on 74? I think that's what it's called. Maybe old mill or that sub right over the 10 overpass on 74? Both those may be closer to the 250-275 range

I live off 73 in Rivergate. It's nice. Houses range between 175-200. Traffic can be a bitch though with plant and school traffic. Between 5:30-8:30am it's pretty bad. Around 3-5pm it's bad.
