Honestly, she would probably be a great renter, and you would always have your rent on time. Just write up a lease agreement that has conditions pertaining to parties, and such. You can also use the landlord pop in to see if things are kosher.

Had a stripper lived that lived in the last neighborhood. Assuming she owned, not rented. The yard got out of hand pretty often, but she washed her car in a bikini pretty often.

I can't imagine it can be any worse than renting to the 2 college girls that I have as tenants. At least their rent checks are always on time and come straight from the parents.
