I have a small rental house I bought on the cheap. I just finished renovating it last week and this OT8 stops as I was leaving one day. She wants to look she's thinking about renting it. So I take her inside and during the (short) tour I ask about employment, she says she is a dancer...she never said she was a stripper but she had a tatted ankle and a tongue piercing. She left her number and asked me to call when it was ready. What would be the downside to renting to a stripper(other than the wives objection)

Not much compared to other possible tenants. At least you know she will have money for rent, most probably cash.

She seemed nice enough, has a daughter, but there's a lot of older neighbors who would probably complain at any sign of a party

Not all of them do.
I lived downstairs from one and she was a looker but she was a revolving door when it came to guys. Her main bf but she was ducking like 3 other dudes when he wasn't in town.

She had a slight resemblance to Phoebe Cates, so I feel certain she has plenty of income to pay the rent
