Tell you right now, a stripper is an ideal tenant, assuming she is relatively good looking.
She will always have the money and pay (the good looking part).
She won't be throwing parties. This is a practical certainty. They are in a party atmosphere everynight at work. They leave it at work or somewhere else. They want quiet and safety at home. I can promise you this.
I'm sure there will be guys over to frick when she wants it as the club is an endless supply of dick and they do get horny with the right guy regularly. But really, that is neither here nor there and not even relevant.
She will probably take care of the place. Strippers respect their money most of the time and won't be fricking stuff up or neglecting so she has to pony up for repairs.
Telling you, probably an ideal tenant.

I can vouch for the drugs part, but other than that we lived pretty normal lives and she always had friends over from work. It was a win/win for me for sure. If you call sex with all of her friends normal.

i think the biggest question/issue is if she is an addict or not. did you get any inclination from your meeting one way or the other if she is a druggie?
drug addiction could lead to money issues, unstable behavior, seedy people at your property, etc.

What I've gathered from hanging out with a bunch of strippers is that there are two types. The first one is your typical stripper that likes to smell the booger sugar, roll, party, and will bang anything with a decent shirt on. They do that 5 out of 7 days/wk, and on the other two they just get high or drunk and hang out at some guy's house. If they have a kid, it certainly isn't living with them. The second type is more reserved, only drinks on the job, has a few friends and goes out every once in a while, and is a good parent.
Case one you have your typical stripper and case 2 you have your typical girl, that just happens to be a stripper. You've got to feel that out. Ask her about other activities, her kid, the dad, etc. Don't feel bad about the questions because it is your house. I'd also get a background check done on her to make sure she doesn't have any restraining orders on people, what her arrest record looks like, her finances, etc
