Also a yield sign at a traffic circle doesn't mean come to a complete stop when no traffic is coming.

And you can turn left on RED..... if the street is a one way street you are turning on. And, you need to cut on your damn lights (law in La.) anytime your wipers are on. We can hardly see your dumb arse. And when you get in a wreck, put your flashers on fool. I could go on and on......

Yield to the right at an uncontrolled intersection.

True, but most will flash red one way and yellow the other by design to keep traffic flowing the yellow way.

Flashing yellow means proceed with caution, by law.

When an intersection traffic light has flashing red and flashing yellow it is designed to allow the traffic to proceed in the yellow flashing direction without stopping. Why, in Louisiana, people treat these as a 4-way stop I don't understand.

PSA: Roundabouts are awesome. Backward arse Louisiana needs to embrace them. If caribbean drivers can work them so can baton rouge drivers.

If 1/2of louisiana drivers had to really pass the driving test there would be a lot of people walking, riding bikes, or using public transportation.

Hey drivers it's a law if your in the left lane and not passing anyone you're supposed to move over to the right lane not keep cruising in the left lane.

My problem with this is it's actually flashing "red" in all directions, how do you really know? I don't think they should have red/yellow flashing at the same intersection, which they do often.

Bc the dumb arse local news tells them to do so every time there is bad weather even though the law clearly says to proceed with caution on a flashing yellow.

It drives me crazy b/c people are slowing down the designed flow of traffic and causing so much confusion by treating a flashing yellow as a stop sign.

You can turn right on red on any street as long as there isn't a no right turn sign. You can also turn left on red as long as it's a one way street.
