I'd really like to know where all this is going.
An IV in your arm 24/7. Sounds fun, ehh?

Yep.
We were told it was perfectly fine to go out In public maskless if you're vaccinated.

Two people I know with 3 shots got the new strain. Both of them had mild covid in the beginning.
Though they told me they felt worse after they first turned the heater on and got stuffy than they did with this go of covid.
No loss of taste or smell this time either.
Took home test and one took pcr.

Which you should do. Bureaucrats being fickle doesn't change that.

Weird!
Here is him from Feb 2021 saying it absolutely can’t prevent all infections and boosters will be an annual thing due to mutation nature of coronavirus strains

quote:Uh oh. The winds are changing. Just last week New York admitted that 45% of their covid hospitalizations are really just people who tested positive after being admitted for something unrelated as opposed to be hospitalized due to covid
Doesn’t help that the CDC lady said
quote:
"The overwhelming number of death, over 75 percent, occurred in people who had at least four comorbidities," Walensky said in the posted video after Vega's question. "So really, these are people who were unwell to begin with.

Pfizer CEO: “Two doses of the vaccine offers very limited protection, if any. 3 doses with a booster offer reasonable protection against hospitalization and deaths. Less protection against infection.”
But four jabs will do the trick, right? At least until you say we need a fifth, then sixth, and on and on.

And you ask what you are defending?

I bolded, underlined, and italicized the relevant part. Let me know if you need some more help reading, Roger.
The general public didn't go diving into that. All they heard was the politicians pushing it and the POTUS himself said this a few times:
quote:
President Joe Biden offered an absolute guarantee Wednesday that people who get their COVID-19 vaccines are completely protected from infection, sickness and death from the coronavirus.

Joe Biden is a liar and a fool
Y’all need to separate that from other truths regarding the vaccine

This is why the "80% of hospitalizations" narrative should be taken at face value.

You’re right, I was being a tad hyperbolic.
He said it was “more than 91% effective at protecting against the coronavirus” in April last year, but that was also the beginning of “you’ll need a booster!” messaging.

You're not going to catch me defending Biden
I've made it clear from the beginning that I believe the vaccines work, that mandates are totally inappropriate, and that politicians are dumb. None of those things have changed.
We also should've taken Fauci's mic away years ago.

And now you have better odds of hitting your number on the craps table than having vaccine protection from any variant of CV19

“Our data from the CDC today suggests that vaccinated people don’t carry the virus, don’t get sick and that it’s not just in clinical trials, but it’s also in real world data,” said Walensky.

This is why the "80% of hospitalizations" narrative should be taken at face value.
That makes it even more impressive
Think about it, the elderly and unhealthy are the most vaccinated, and yet hospitals hover at 75-90% unvaxxed. And like you said most of the covid cases are just incidental. So the vaccine must be preventing all illness extremely well

The vaccine protocols have changed dramatically, simply because it does not do what it was advertised to do.
Are you familiar with the development of any other vaccine primary program? How did we decide that certain vaccines need a 5-dose series? Again, you are beholden to that initial advertising, and not any notion of how a primary program is developed.
