meh I lead the Spartacus class at my fiancee's studio every week. It's a great work out but it's stale and the same 10 exercises. You can change the exercises up obviously and we do every month, but from p90x and p90x3 are both better.

yoga was horrible. tony tries to pack too much shite in for only 30 minutes. you don't get a good stretch from the exercises

the first 45 minutes of p90x yoga would probably be more beneficial for your body instead of yoga x

this. I was pissed they only offered on DVD. I bought the DVD then downloaded off pirate bay as well because I travel for work and need to have the videos on the go. My computer doesn't even have a CD drive

I just finished Day 1 last night as well. I was quite impressed with Total Synergistics. I am feeling it a little all over this morning. I loved the 30 min time frame. Cant wait for the next one this afternoon.

Did Agility X last night (day 2). This thing kicked my arse. I did get a little frustrated because some of the moves were hard for me to do, without tripping over my feet.
All in all, a good workout. Reminded me a lot of plyo X from p90x1. I am very sore today. My thighs, hamstrings, and abs are very sore.

Today is Squat, Deads and Overhead press for me. crushed 40 minutes of cardio on the spin bike yesterday. going to have legs of granite.

I liked X2. It focuses on your core more than X1, and IMO is harder than X1. I have been doing a P90X/X2 hybrid for some time now. I also use a weighted vest for doing the pull ups and push ups. The programs are solid if you give your best. I am still on the fence about X3. from the infomercials it looks like al ot of the same moves you do in the other programs just crammed into to 30 minutes. I wish i could watch some of the videos before i bought to see if i would like it or not.
