Is it recommended to complete P90x & P90x2 before starting you can start P90x3? Did P90x years and years ago but never have done P90x2. Very interested in P90x3 but dont want to purchase it only to find out its way over my head and then have to go back to P90x & P90x2

Is p-90x something possible to do in a hotel room?

I will be traveling and working late for the next 2 months and don't want to fall out of shape, also won't be able to get to a gym due to hours.

does p90x3 focus on strength training like the 1st one? Which one will give better results?

So is P90X 3 7 days a week? I know the first P90X gave you one day off a week.

P90X3 is 6 days a week, 30 minutes a day (including warm up).

There is a couple days devoted to strength training similar to P90X1, with a few alterations. I haven't gotten to that workout yet.

I'm through 2 days, and it feels like more of a total body workout with each workout. My abs are pretty sore right now. It's a lot of compound moves working your whole body, with a few exercises focusing on specific parts of your body. Like agility x is focused on your lower body (like plyo x) and i understand the challenge focuses on upper body (like chest and back).
I'm liking it so far. I've completed P90X1 in the past. This one is kicking my arse, but it's worth it.

I pushed as much as I could. Got a little nauseous in the last move (the double yoga move). Granted I am not in the best shape of my life but I am not in the worst either. My legs, core, and back are a little sore. Not terrible but I can see it being a little worse tomorrow, especially after day 2.

I liked X2. It focuses on your core more than X1, and IMO is harder than X1. I have been doing a P90X/X2 hybrid for some time now. I also use a weighted vest for doing the pull ups and push ups. The programs are solid if you give your best. I am still on the fence about X3. from the infomercials it looks like al ot of the same moves you do in the other programs just crammed into to 30 minutes. I wish i could watch some of the videos before i bought to see if i would like it or not.

Just finished P.A.P. Upper for the first time last night. Holy crap, that workout is intense.

Late to the party but started X3 yesterday. I've done P90X 3 times and X2 once. Was pretty impressed with Total Synergistics in X3. only 30 minutes and it wore my arse out.

kind of. you can do some of the pushup and cardio exercises in a small space. if you want more, go to a cvs or walgreens and get a pullup bar for $20.

Do it. It's expensive but it's awesome. And actually still cheaper than a fast food meal.

Email me if you want to know more.

It is pretty pricey, but it's a meal replacement, right?

Finished CVX this morning. Freakin awesome workout. It's basically 12 full body exercises you do each one twice for a minute each.

Intense. Also all the exercises thus far for all workouts are incredibly creative. I promise you don't do these moves at your local gym and probably not even with a personal trainer.

My goal is always keep the same pace as the dudes. It's incredibly hard week 1 to do same weight & reps but there's no doubt in my mind after week 10 ill be right there.
Well except for that beast who can do 160 pull-ups + burnout with no kipping.
