stop being a wuss and clean that garage out and make you a proper gym!!!

seriously just piece it slowly together. get you some sheets of plywood and mats to cover it and slowly cover one whole bay with 2 or 3 layers of plywood and and the mats. get you a cheap tv and dvd player to hang and you will be pretty set for a lil while.

get weights and bench and stuff off CL. I will be upgrading in the summer to two full size power cages and Ill be putting my current stuff on there so if you haven't bought by then, I can give you a good deal.

btw I promise you won't regret the garage gym. You will prolly become addicted to stocking it like i have.

I just need a bench. Surprisingly, there aren't a lot of benches in my area on Craigslist. Lots of people are either selling Bowflexes or Compound bows.

keep us updated how it goes. I'm about halfway through 1 right now but plan on starting 3 when I finish. Already bought all the discs off of craglist last week.

I decided to do X2 again. X2 Core was last night. That's a tough workout.

I'm going to incorporate X3's The Challenge, Isometrix, Pilates, and The Warrior into this routine, though. Those workouts are just too good to pass up. I might throw Triometrics in there.

I'm still cleaning out the garage and buying all the equipment so I can start doing Body Beast and other workouts. I'm going to find a bench press and weights so I can start changing things up.

I really like X2. It's crazy how hard simple things can be while using a stability ball.

Like I said I just got X3 from there. Lady sold me all of the workout discs, plus a disc with the nutrition guide, workout guide, and all the other papers that come with it for $20

For which one, X3? The ones that don't come with the basic P90X3 box? That would be Complex Lower and Complex Upper.

I probably won't get great results because I will continue to eat whatever I want. I don't care what I look like or what I weigh I just need to move around more. I would like to get a little stronger and gain some flexibility though

Yeah, those. I've been trying to find them on ebay or Amazon and them shits expensive. I only have the Eccentric ones with the copies I obtained.

29. I also like the idea of being able to do these workouts in a hotel room. I'll likely be traveling a lot for the next couple of months and I just have to bring some DVDs and some resistance bands.

Started block 2 yesterday. My everything from my chest up is feeling good today. Up nearly 6 pounds from when I started. I didn't make it to the store last week so my diet was pure shite, but the other weeks have all been pretty decent. I'm following the nutrition guide (save for last week) pretty closely but don't always hit my goals. Just need to focus a little better on the diet and I'm sure things will work themselves out.

Good deal. Just make sure the resistance bands are good quality. I bought some resistance bands and they weren't that great. I have to get better ones now.

I don't really follow their food recommendations bc it suggests like 150g of carbs per day. I know that may be what's "best", but that seems incredibly high to me and I don't want to experiment with it. I try to eat as few carbs as possible, with most all of my carbs coming from vegetables and the occasional brown rice.
