I don't have the videos. I just know they are similar to the PAP videos in X2. Good stuff.

Sooooooo, I can't get the horse mats because they are too heavy to keep moving after a workout.

Does ANYONE know of a plyometric mat THAT WON'T SLIP?

Recovery week is kinda weak.

Looking forward to Block 2 (doubles).

I think that's kind of the point

Just did Isometrix last night, it was nice. On a sidenote, last year I went to a wedding and bought a new suit that fit pretty good when I was sitting around 210. I'm around 220-225 now and I wore it out last night. That jacket felt like it fit better than when I weighed less

accelerator is tonight. I don't remember anything about it, but I did notice on the classic schedule on my wall (I mark off the workouts every day) instead of typical check mark I use there was a big FU instead. I'm thinking the last time I did this program that I did not like that workout much. Tonight should be fun

Accelerator is an outstanding cardio workout. It's much more fun than that CVX bullshite.

I got the lady friend into P90X3...she loves it. She starting doing the doubles schedule, going hard in the paint early.

Pilates this morning and probably Synergistics this afternoon.

Unfortunately, that's not an option.

ETA: I guess it's time to clean out the garage and do the horse mats. I can't do this anymore.

frick donkey kicks. Screw Tony for putting them last too.

Accelerator is good. Starts pretty slow and builds nicely for a good cardio workout.

When I have to do Accelerator and Eccentric Upper together, I'll hate it that much more.

I can do them really easiliy, but my mats are shite.

It's really becoming a problem. I can't go as high or as intense as I want to without fear of slipping. I have gone through COUNTLESS mats, and none of them do a great job of protecting me. They all slide on the bottom. It's really pissing me off.

Donkey kicks are awesome. I usually do great at them for thirty seconds, but right at that mark I have to take about a 5 second breather then struggle to finish. The struggle is the best workout.

That's my version of shitty workout area. I have the carpeted area so that I don't bust my arse, but on anything that requires jumping or reaching up I can't do it b/c 8 foot ceilings don't work well on a 6'2 frame. To be fair I don't turn the ceiling fan on, but I'm still constantly hitting fan blades etc.

At least I have the luxury of moving in the next few months so this time I'll be able to pick out something that will do what I want it to with regards to a workout room type setup.

How do the girls of X3 stack up against the ones from 1?

I've only done p90x before (currently halfway through it again) but just picked up p90x3 which I'll start in about 6 weeks. Not that it really matters, but the eye candy in p90x is ehhhh fairly lacking. Anyone worth noting in 3?

Nothin special IMO. There's a few that have decent bodies (my eyes are drawn to the hip/mid section on them). Drea is freakin shredded, but was never hot.

Finish up recovery week Friday and start first week of doubles in Block 2 on Saturday. Strict dieting is getting old. Hopefully reach intermediate goal in the next week and relax it slightly.

I've never thought much of her, looks wise. She's too...aggresive, and kinda masculine.

the best I've seen so far in 1 is the dentist lady in the back on the legs and back disc.

The blonde chick in CVX is pretty hot. She's in X2. Tony's girl is hot. The chick in Pilates, the blonde? I don't know what it is, but she does it for me.

If we're thinking same one, the one in yoga too, yes. Something about her just does it.

That's her. Weird teeth or something with her mouth, but she looks like she can change your life forever.
