People who are much more knowledgeable in the field of bodybuilding already have established routines readily available for your benefit via a quick Google search. Don't try to reinvent the wheel; you're not unique.

CT Fletcher is a genetic freak so it would be wise to ignore his ramble about going to the gym everyday doing hundreds of reps of whatever you feel like doing...

I worked at the farmers market in high school tossing watermelons EVERY DAY. Best shape I have ever been in my life.

That's a HORRIBLE workout
why do y'all feel this way? What is so horrible about it? Is doing incline bench one day then decline the next so terrible? Which body parts are not going to recover or get overworked?

Eta: I guess working the hamstring the first 3 days in a row isn't a good idea, but that's the only example I see of something needing to be tweaked

If you want your muscles to grow then they must rest.

Rest.

The most neglected part of working out behind your diet.

Mike Mentzer promoted working out once per week. Once. And I'm not talking about hitting each body part 1x per week. Only 1 workout. You may go 20 days before another chest workout.

Less is more when working out. Diet and rest make the lifter, not hitting each BP 5x in a week.

If you don't like Max OT, try High Intensity Training the Mike Mentzer way.

Google the Boise Experiment if you want to see the training of 2 different guys and their transformation using Mentzer principles. I think each guy only lifted 9 total times in 60 days.

That's bc it was the most active time of your life. Not bc that workout is a great one.
