Yep, stop the thread, his buddy knows everything.

Look zach efron is 160 or so pounds at 5'8 in that picture. If you dont believe that is achievable naturally then you dont know shite about working out.

Whatever he's done to himself, he needs to lay off the face. He's screwed something up there.

i do that as well, but whats that got to do with cardio.

one of the good things i do is switch up the machine im using every five minutes. 7.0 incline at 4.5, then run, then row, then bike. try to get thirty minutes in/ keep heart rate above 150. i do it on ab days.

My point is there are other core exercises that can get you ripped without jumping around like a jack rabbit for 30 minutes.

I do the cardio for stamina. Helps with pretty much every lift. Cardio isn't going to get you that ripped and shouldn't be done with that in mind

I'd say his level of conditioning is definitely possible natural. But as far as the fullness while being that lean, capped delts and traps are not.

777, been running that Greek god routine for a month of so. Added in a day of legs the program is legit. Never knew why I didn't switch to RPT sooner...

Why don't you think you can be lean and muscular without drugs?

How is that so supernatural?

I think that one can theoretically achieve a body like that without drugs. I don't happen to think Zach Effron has done it. Look at his face man, he's on that shite. At a minimum he is on HGH like a motherfricker.

In short most of us are limited by our hormone production limiting us in a whole number of factors that promote muscle building and fat loss as seen in the op's pic. If you're natural you can be really lean but flat and stringy or you can be big and bloofy. Pick one. Sure, they're genetic freaks, but not too many of them. I was told by one of the top guys in the fitness industry who peddles supplements that optimistically, if you're natural, at the most you can gain 2 to 3lbs of lbm per year. This is coming from a guy who's job is selling to gullible people like yourself. Nothing wrong with having goals, just be realistic about it. You see these shredz assholes on ig, already taking a cocktail of drugs and still use photoshop to make them look better. Just trying to make you aware.

Some people like the journey. Having a goal is not useless. Having nice things because you want them is not useless.

Yeah and that is a problem. You are so addicted to food, and yes you will get withdrawals at first, but after a week or so it will get much easier. You will notice that you really don't need to eat 3 times a day or more. If you start a keto diet, and then do the I.F. it will go much smoother, as sugar is the biggest culprit of making you feel like dying.

Sounds terrible and not needed

Macro count + a metcon at the end of your workout. Don't eat carbs from junk. Stick to whole Foods not junk.
