I was only speaking of the murder charge and I was being very sarcastic. I'm a cynical bastard.

They are rare, but I have seen a couple of criminal cases in Louisiana where the defendant was banned from being in a parish. Neither case was challenged.

I don't think Florida can ban OJ from visiting or living there. However, they can deny supervising his parole. Which likely means he cannot live in Florida.

That's what I took from it as well.

Mettenberger was banned from some city in Georgia. Or was it the whole state?

Because it's Florida. I'm pretty sure that Florida's motto on driving in the state is "Welcome Felons and Dead Beat Dads".

So the question must be asked, if all states can do that, he's effectively banned from living in the US.

I'm interested if there has been any case law on this.

That has zero to do with this thread. Just take your feels to the Politics board.

That's kind of a weird thing to rag on Florida for. Florida administered some good old fashioned justice on Ted Bundy.

I'm just saying like all felons, they are driven to Florida. In this country, everyone who is an irredeemable piece of shite goes to Florida. It's like salmon going home to spawn. You don't know how they know to get there, they just know.

I know it's legal to tell someone to get out and stay out of a jurisdiction because I've seen Matt Dillon do it on Gunsmoke. We all know he is beyond reproach.

Florida does not want to spend its own resources to monitor OJ while he remains on probation. I think they have a interesting argument. Hey, Nevada, you released him and you are requiring probation after he told you he was moving to FL when he got out. We don't want to do that.

I think he permanently ruined society through the media (no way Trump would have gotten the nomination without the OJ trial), everyone should spit in his face as they pass him, and I eagerly look forward to his death. The world would be such a better place if that pussy killed himself in the back of the Bronco. To say I despise OJ is an understatement.

Jury nullification works both ways. If you want to blame anyone, blame the jurors.
