I'm no law professor, but isn't it up to the people of Florida to accept him? The people of Nevada reluctantly do, but from my interpretation of the law, I don't see why Florida does. I think that was said openly in the terms of his release IF Florida chooses to accept him.

I'm surprised that Fred Goldman hasn't put a contract out on him by now. Fred is in his 80's. I would think he'd get his own justice by now.

because he wasn't convicted for it. Ethan Couch killed four people and didn't serve anything for that.
I'm not saying it's right, but it's our criminal justice system.
