This is complete bullshite. Many people were out there standing near the flags. There was even a young black kid that was standing amongst the pro monument people. He wasn't there in support but was just hanging out. Why aren't people flipping out about that?
There were tons of people streaming videos and taking pictures that night so I'm sure he can find evidence to defend himself.

I have friends out of state that think Landrieu is doing some noble thing. I'm no fan of slavery or confederacy but this transparent political act to bring attention to Landrieu as a democratic candidate makes me nauseous.

Never heard of this school.
Had a bunch of kids killed in his senior class and one kid being investigated for several murders from what I was told. Said that the administrators and teachers were even scared of this one kid

I had lunch with a liberal friend from NYC on Monday. We've been friends for a long time. She asked me about it, and I explained it like any resident of Nola. This wasn't about monuments. This was about Mitch making a name for himself nationally, while murders are up, our nopd is depleted, streets suck, etc.....
She agreed.
