And this proves how society is regressing.......what if the facebook poster was innocently photographed with a confederate flag in the background? Should he be fired from his job? He probably should be fired just for being ignorant and jumping to conclusions that could affect this teacher.

Word on the skreets is this assumption is pretty unwarranted. Apparently he has a relatively long and contentious history with students there.
Regardless, if you work at an almost exclusively minority school, you probably shouldn't be out there if you want to keep your job. Regardless of your intentions, that can only hurt you. I guess if you are you better show up with a huge sign saying something about down with whitey.
