I also always got a kick outa seeing the tricks and Cheerios and jolly rancher pos cars with 28" rims up on north part of canal.

I mean, I would think the Cajun culture is a little unique? Music, food, etc... Only state without counties.

No it doesn't. N.O. is probably the 3rd best restaurant city in the country and the shitty tourist restaurants like Mullates rank about #205 on the list of good restaurants.
And you probaby wouldn't find any fried shite on the top 20 places menus.
