Yes you are all those things because all you have done is give emotional irrational arguments and troll.
At least most everyone else that supports the ban has brought something to the argument. All you have done is act like a toddler.

The smoking ban carries $100 fines for a person who smokes a cigarette, natural or synthetic marijuana, or e-cigarettes in “public places.”
Public places include aquariums, laundromats, parking structures, trailer parks, condos, restaurants, shopping malls, outdoor stadiums and amphitheaters, libraries, theaters, lobbies, and more
Jesus! You cant smoke in a trailer park?

I'm all for diabetic testing & BMI measurements prior to ordering fast food but I think we're a couple years away from that.

That stuff is bad for all people, not just diabetics. Many people in here are arguing that all fast food should be banned. People will get used to it and adjust. What's the big deal?
Wait, I like fast food. Correction, the government should stay out of my life. It's not their place to tell me I can't have fast food. Restaurant and bar owners, keep serving me unhealthy food, but frick those smokers.

Not reading this thread. But anyone supporting this has a real problem with liberty and freedom. The pussification of America grows by the minute.

NOLA is definitely gonna crash and burn over a certain regulation.

yeah, which is why i think bars should be restricted to selling patrons 2 drinks
Bar patrons should also have to undergo STD testing and wear some sort of insignia on their shirt indicating diseases. If we really want to eliminate the health risks of frequenting bars.

Think about it. Detroit is where it is because it voted for every possible left sided agenda and tax for the past 50 years. Then, the only thing keeping it afloat died.
Now look at New Orleans and tell me you don't see the potential for a new Detroit. Taxation out the arse and a dying tourist industry that just got dealt another blow with this ban. Isn't Shell leaving as well? Exxon left a long time ago along with others. I wonder why?
tick tock

They don't wanna hear it.

Come back this morning and this thread is still saying the same thing over and over. And somehow the liberal lefties (yes, you are one if you support this ban) still do not get it.
I am so thankful people of your ilk weren't prevalent in the 1770's.

What has happened to previous lawsuits against similar bans? Why haven't the succeeded? Have they come close?
