Need to kill a few hours in DC this afternoon: Suggestions?

Beautiful day up here, unfortunately the people I'm meeting are working until 6pm so I'm looking for recommendations on ways to kill a few hours this afternoon (2:30-6:30pm). I'm making my way from Bethesda down to the GW/Georgetown area but can get anywhere via the metro.
Note: I have my luggage with me so can't go anywhere with security/don't want to schlep this shite all over the city. Maybe something outdoors, a good bar, monuments? Thanks

There's a madam highly recommended by David Vitter you can call.
You could kill a few hours in her. I mean with her.

DC has a great food truck scene. Download the app and find one near you for a quick bite.
The Poste Bar at the Hotel Monaco is cool (building used to be a post office, hence the name) and the POV Lounge at the W has great views.
Arlington National Cemetery is accessible by train and you can spend several hours there. It's easily one of my favorite things in DC. Make sure you watch the changing of the guard.
Newseum is not one of the free Smithsonian museums, but it's really great. Call ahead and ask if they can hold luggage perhaps?

I may venture look for the food trucks or the POV lounge, in the mood for some good cheap food and views. I've been to Arlington cemetery before (actually headed to arlington tonight) and remember that being a ton of walking.

National zoo would be a good outdoors activity. Easy walk from the redline stop from Bethesda at Cleveland park, but doubt they have bag storage
You could grab a bite to eat at old ebbits, go to rooftop at w, walk by White House and then walk to foggy bottom
Kramerbooks in DuPont has a nice patio, eat there then hang out at the park
Stroll the mall but you'd be stuck with your bag

You won't really find any there, unfortunately. Can't beat the view, though.
In Georgetown, you have the option of the Waterfront to sit outside and grab some drinks. Nick's and Sequoia are your main options. Farmers Fishers Bakers is a restaurant that is right there, too. One of my favorite restaurants in DC.
If you make your way over to the National Mall, a couple nearby options are Plan B Burger Bar and Penn Quarter Sports Tavern in Penn Quarter. Those places are right across the street from the Archives.

Georgetown waterfront has a few outside bars you can hang out at.

You always post those flight deals and have been giving solid advice for the Syracuse game, so it's the least I could do.

Good thing you picked today to be here. It was hot as balls just 24 hours ago but now it's great.

Walk to the White House, throw your luggage over the fence and run. That should be a good time.

Oh I've been here since monday, it's been nasty up here . I figure I might as well enjoy the nice weather before I head back down to the humidity tomorrow.

Take a nice run on a certain lawn of a house that has a typical pale color?

Go to The Mall and visit the Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam War Memorial, and the WW II memorial.
