82 in a 70 on the interstate. A fricking ton of cars in front and behind me, fricking piece of shite flags me.

That's where I got my ticket soon after I got my license 30 years ago
I paid, but shortly afterward I got a shakedown letter claiming I hadn't, and if I didn't cough up "a warrant would be issued" for my arrest.
I mailed them a Xerox of the money order I sent, and the receipt for the registered letter. Never heard back from them.

You shouldn't be going that fast for starters, and next time ""flag"" you down, just keep going. You made it to easy for them.

I got a speeding ticket in Big Water, Utah just outside of Arizona and wrote "don't spend this on one wife" but that probably wouldn't work.

big thing in FL now, a cop stops some one, his buddy pulls in behind him, while he's writing up a bogus ticket, the buddy waits for someone to pass by in the closest lane, he goes and pulls over this tax payer and waits for the other cop to pull in behind him, rinse, repeat, quota filled
