Oh yea, it's absurd. That's why I'm kind of avoiding the Gulch and other places in that range. I'm just not a fan of blasting that kind of money to live in a flashy building where the hallways are like the shining.
The place is Hillboro is way cheaper than that but hoping to get a newer renovated 2-3BR with a close friend of mine in East Nashville.
