This one always ranks really high for me.

Martin Late Hits McMahon

The Bears were defending champs and rolling to a 6-0 start. Again relying on their stout defense, they ended the season 14-2 following the injury, but it certainly didn't help their chances at repeating to have a green Doug Flutie at QB in there as opposed to McMahon for the postseason.

I believe it was JJ Stokes on Monday Night Football, televised for all to see.

Maybe not the worst but worthy of mention:
Saints fans cheering when Wade Wilson was lying on the turf with a hurt knee during a Monday Night Football game. Pretty embarrassing when fans are cheering the injury of their own QB.

What's the story behind this?

Whoever carried a gun into the college stadium and shot an Auburn defensive player. I mean he/she shot a student athlete who doesn't make any money. It also didn't affect the outcome of the game in any way.

Nolan Ryan was a bad mother fricker back in the day. I don't think that Nolan even took a step backwards as Ventura was charging the mound.

I will win this one.

James Butler's suckerpunch on Richard Grant was epic. Can't link it due to being at work but look it up.

He ended up killing Max Kellerman's brother a few years later by beating him to death with a hammer.

I know you all are going to crucify me, but LSU taking a knee on the Mississippi goal line with 6 or so minutes to play is up there. That was really rubbing their face in it.

I think killing the soccer referee has that one beat by a wide margin. Think it has happened more than once.

Yea I was coming say 'lets make this fun and omit soccer in other countries'.

This wins my vote. Tony Stewart!

When the saints won the Super Bowl and Peyton manning left the field and his team with time left on the clock. Pussy couldn't even congratulate his city's team.
