mikelbr, goofy and poofy as his arse comes across, is a legit good mfer I'm proud to call a friend.
He put me and my son and my friend up in the stands at the A&M game last year when I was on hard times and couldn't afford tickets.
I'll fight for that big goober
And BigFishChopique is a solid guy as well. Reached out and helped me when I was down on my luck and has done it for other posters as well.
Hemphead is a solid baw but a lot less Hempy now. How things change
A lot of people on here who, while opinionated, crude, rude, raunchy and decidedly not PC, will come out the woodwork to help when the chips are down or someone worthy and decent needs a hand.
I've seen this den of iniquity come together and save dogs, Christmas, kids...
And sometimes when we can't do anything, when the reaper calls...well there are baws who will give you their damn contact info so you can call and talk, cry, whatever. Just to get you through the day.
Getting dusty now, cause brother, I've been there. I don't care what any other place says about you, I know more of you are solid and good at heart than not.
Rough around the edges, sure, but so am I.
