Again, I don't think it is clear that is what happened. It doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me, but people often behave erratically in very stressful situations.
The only reports I have seen/heard of Brown 'charging' toward the officer have been hearsay reports from purported acquaintances of officer Wilson.
I expect police officers to use deadly force only as a last resort against dangerous suspects who refuse to comply and pose a geniune threat to the officer or the public. That may have been the case here, but maybe not.

And to suggest Mike Brown was some superhuman negro that could cover 35 ft in seconds while being shot and some thug who deserved what he got isn't misleading at all right?
Any type of police/civilian defensive pistol training teaches you that the average person can reach you within 1-2 seconds from 20-25 feet. That's usually the threshold to start firing your weapon. That's not being super human, that's being average.

There were no riots. Like I've said before rioting was what those west Virgina stidents did this past weekend and those kids did in Connecticut did. You had some initial looting in the early days but even that was over blown when reported by the media. Most of the protedt have been peaceful. Only escalating when the police showed up in military grade gear.

I know Ray (subtle brag). He's an home-grown "expert" for Baylor. This would be as if the Ferguson PD hired their own former forensics expert to be an impartial outside expert. Ray's a pretty cool cat, he will readily tell you that his children's automobiles were involved in three wrecks, all caused by him in his own driveway.
He's quite the Fashionista as well.

Come the frick on man. They burned down businesses, looted, shot at the cops (was on live TV), threw shite at the cops. I'm not saying this situation wasn't handled incorrectly or that I'm not 100% wrong on any of my opinions, but you are only seeing what you want to see

Please show me where they threw stuff at cops? Bc I'm getting all my stuff from people who were actually in the crowd on those nights.
There were outside agitators in the crowd stirring shite m up and getting all the press. But for the most part the protest were peaceful.
Yes that did happen but were those from people who were there to protest or just to stir shite up. I'm
Talking about people who were there to protest against police brutality. The agitators were not among those

In not saying the guy is a liar. Just like in the case of a defense attorney, their job is to build a story with the evidence they have to prove the story they believe to be true. His story will always be built to side with the family. I feel the states case has more credibility since they are not looking necessarily to corroborate a particular story (unless they are corrupt). When he worked for the state, he had a different motive.

It's funny that you as a black man are ready to convict this particular officer just
There's a word for that.
Do you know what it is?

I didn't pull anything from Fox, I just preempted your inevitable "Fox isn't real news" comment. Thanks for proving my point.

The initial response was one out of anger yes, but this wasn't some full blown riot like The Watts and Rodney King incidents. After the first day of that, u heard of people getting a handle on that. Regular residents and protesters stopping that and I can guarantee that those were looting weren't from the area.
