Not really. New Orleanians, both black and white, don't riot. It's one time our general apathy comes in handy.

Allen's mama has a house because that's where the dumbass hid the gun... yep, right underneath the house. So we know she's around, but obviously not in control of her 17 year old son.

When my dad went to Tulane Law in the 70's he used to leave his car unlocked and his glove compartment open at night to show he had nothing to steal.
He was tired or replacing his window
I believe he lived on one of the more sketchy streets uptown.

Well I was wrong. I still do not see how the lady didn;t hear five shotgun blasts...
Anyway, this type of shite scares me. The Harry Lee "pull over the blacks in the rinky dink cars" mantra wouldn't work as they were in a 2014 Highlander (stolen of course)
I guess time to go on high alert in the neighborhoods.
I also hope these two become jail victims.
