NOT the 350 but the bigger badder E400. Starting at about $70k.

Yes. They need to bring the c-class one too.

It's good looking. Tough call between it and the Volvo V90 wagon:

It’s definitely one of our wealthiest demographics. Compared to the E-Class sedan, which is about $200,000 median household income, the E-Class wagon is about $375,000. Some of these buyers grew up in an E-Class wagon and feel nostalgic. They value it for their children, wanting their kids to be in the same car that they were in.

Would rather a Subaru Outback and save the extra cash.

That's right. If your going ugly may as well do it on the cheap

I don't care if it's a Mercedes, you can't put lipstick on a pig, and you can't convince me that a station wagon looks good.

As opposed to putting lipstick on a van and calling it an SUV?

The day I drive a station wagon or minivan is the day I give up on life.

I want a modern wagon so bad. I wish they still had jump seats for the kids.

What is with you and SUVs?

we are probably going to buy a wagon of some sort in the next few years. If this has AWD we will consider it.
Our ideal is a car we can sleep in, easily, for long road trips.
Right now, I think the best bets are either the hyaundai elantra or subaru forrester

You can't pull a boat with that wagon so, no.

The priorities of people in this country are odd.
