in all honestly, I really do believe that some lawyers think wearing a suit is like a superman cape. Not all but quit a few

I'm trying out Walkers for the first time in a week. I'll keep you posted. Supposed to be one of the better fine-dining restaurants around here.

If you like Italian, Amerigos. That's my spot bc I love the bar.

Tico's and Shapley's are two "famous" steakhouses.

Unfortunately, most lawyers feel like this before they pass the Bar Exam.

I wear a suit everyday. I have a guy who flies into Houston from Korea and sets up shop at hotel. Takes measurements etc and then flies back makes suits. The quality is has high caliber as any Gucci suit.

Benjamin Line

Fully canvassed suits around $550,half canvassed around $375.

You can't get a better suit for the money.

I've bought a suit from CombatGent before. The material is pretty good and it's heavy. The suits I've bought from Jos A bank in the past felt cheaper than this. I had to get some tailoring done but after everything it's one of my better suits.

Buy 1 Get 4 Free at Jos A. Bank then bring them to a my own tailor that makes them fit like a much nicer suit.

The material is still shitty, but its fine for the office everyday.

I reserve my nice Perlis suits for special occasions, job interviews, or realllllly important meetings with leadership at my company.

Anyone who has to wear suits often should be aware of and invest in half-lined jackets in summer weight fabrics.

Really? Dillards has really quality suits

They also have a Polo section, they sell top end shoes, etc.. But every time I go, the actual selection is shite.

I'm a 42R, which is probably the most common size ever. They may have 2 navy suits in that size when I go. I can go to Brooks Bros (which obviously is just selling one name brand) and they can show me a navy suit in 5-10 different cuts, many different materials, etc.. Nordstrom can show me at least 5 different suits (some have a much larger selection). It's just a different level of choice.

Gotcha. The one here isn't great, but I don't have trouble finding stuff. I'm sure it varies by location

Get measured somewhere and buy online from Thailand.

You'd be better off going there and getting your custom fitting done. Takes about 4 days. They keep your measurements on file. Then you can pick out your patterns/fabric and have them shipped to you for $70 + ~$400 suit any time you like and the quality/fit isn't even comparable to what you'd find in US for anything close to that price.
