Memory foam- whats the best brand?

Looking for something firm, in a reasonable price range of $1,000 for a king. I have done some reading on the Casper mattress (950, for king or cal king) but am not convinced its the way to go.
For those of you who have memory foam, what brand do you have, and what would you rate your sleeping experience?

I'm going to give the purple mattress a whirl soon. It's about $1,000 for a king.

Look up Tuft and Needle.
$750 for a king and im happy with it so far. ITs a little more firm than I wanted but once I got it up on my frame, its no problem.

Got a leesa as well and love it. A buddy got a casper and swapped it out for a leesa less than 6 months later as it is too soft.

as stated already Serta Icomfort, look on ebay I got a King for about $900 a couple of years ago and love it.

Actually, I think it's the opposite....Casper is more firm than the Leesa. We are on our 3rd week with Leesa and we like it alot.

You can't go wrong with Casper, Leesa, etc. They have a no hassle money back guarantee. It's legit. My buddy got the Leesa and he loved it but his wife didn't like it. (Too soft) They picked up and issued refund. They have the Casper now and he said it is more firm than the Leesa.

Bad back is my reason.
Same with sleeping on a couch, which I prefer, I like one that's more firm. .

I had a Leesa and returned it. Bought a Casper and don't regret it.
Returning Leesa was a PITA. The delivery company they use out of New Orleans is horrendous.

I bought one online, some gel mattress was a black friday deal. It's too firm for me. May just sell it and get another new mattress.
I grew up on waterbeds and I miss those. Nothing more comfortable IMO.
