Funny, CNBC says it's a guy named John Kelley that was the executive in charge of security.

There is nothing remotlely attractive about her. No DSLs, so I'm lost as to how she managed to obtain that position with Equifax.

CORPORATE VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER

VP and legal officer doesn't sound like the person who would be in charge of cyber security IMO. I mean he might have been at the top of that chain but I highly doubt he was doing the day-to-day operations.

In most companies, the CIO is in charge of IT, as well as cyber security.
