Both the father and the child are white (which is strange being they were on MLK). So basically, this is a non-story.

The only tragedy here is a cop experienced discomfort.
How dare you people criticize them they had to shoot at the car to regain comfort and if it meant killing a 6 year old so be it.

Pew pew pew, good job killed a 6 year old, if it was any citizen claiming self defense in the same situation they would be charged with murder. The cops say he backed into them, more likely they rammed him and started pumping rounds into the car.

But your question is incredibly disingenuous and really speaks to your clear thought process that the police can do nothing correctly. You'd rather give a criminal the benefit of the doubt to try to make this story about cops killing a kid instead of the POS running from the cops putting his own child's life in danger.

yea without much detail the only safe bet is the cops are bad shots. They may very well have been in actual danger but that doesn't justify bad shooting. They need to hit the range

I'm sure they were trying to kill the 6 year old. I'm also sure that the only thing this guy did wrong was "back into them." You're downplaying the shite out of this situation to try to make a point.

You have no idea if they knew a kid was in the car. Obviously you're hell bent on trying make this something that you can't actual prove it is, so I'll let you be.

yea that is the concerning part, the cops never being held to any standard of competence. Yes you have a hard job but that doesn't mean every mistake should be thrown out. Its called go to the range and get some shots in. Then maybe instead of pumping a 6 year old full of bullets, you could pump the driver full of bullets.
