Yeah, I am defending them. They had NO IDEA the child was in the vehicle. The child's father put his child's life at stake when he ran with the child in the vehicle. He put the child's life in danger AGAIN when he attempted to run over the marshals. The marshals acted accordingly in attempting to end the threat of the vehicle being used to kill them, so they did just that. Screams protocol to me. The child was an innocent bystander. It's unfortunate that the child is now deceased, but it's his father's fault.

Then maybe they should have become aware of this before opening fire indiscriminately.

That appears unrelated TBH.

People don't want to come to grips with the reality that there are many police officers out there who are poorly trained.

Dang that's intense. Is that normal for that area?

White guy in the wrong neighborhood gets cornered by another car who's occupants jump out screaming with guns drawn. Maybe he thought he was being carjacked? I might flee too. Anyone can claim to be police and if I'm not mistaken a serial killer used to use that very scheme to get people to stop on desolate highways.
LMAO I love how the OT can come running to the defense of this guy with a crap excuse like this because he's white.

If true, this changes the complexion of things a bit, imo.

Whatever happens the two Barney Fifes have to live with the fact they killed a 6 year old.

I fault the dumb arse trying to ram a police car then flee with a six year old boy in the vehicle.

You're right, he deserved to be executed on the street, too bad they shot a 6 year old boy in the head multiple times unloading into an unknown target.

Yes, absolutely, the cops who got out of their car and started blasting away at another vehicle, without determining if there were bystanders other other people in the car, have no fault in this situation. It all makes sense now.

We have a judicial process to play out here.
The one where the DA tries to protect its own?

Poorly educated. Poorly trained. Very out of shape. And often have some sort of complex.

Makes a lot of sense - Ramming the car then driving off would mean the police were out of danger. If he turned around or appeared to be going for round two, then fire away.

A six year old child was shot in the head multiple times, that's a start.

Is this satire?
Am I in an episode of black mirror?
