What about the freedom of the individuals getting to suck down some a-hole smoker's exhaust?

My first thought of the "three" were donz, the pub and Ruby's. I know interference serves food but I'm pretty sure people smoke in there.

Also, I'm about 80% libertarian but this is one issue where I don't care about "rights." Non smokers have rights too.

The market will get rid of 99 percent of smoking bars eventually, we don't need the government telling businesses what it's consumers want. Let the market decide that.

Going to a private business is not a right. So don't give me any shite about "I have the right to go to a bar without smelling smoke". Because that's a load of horse shite



Also I've never smoked and don't like smell of it, but I can choose to go to bars that don't allow smoking just as easily as smokers can choose to go to bars that do allow smoking

If it is a publically owned business, then no problem with the ban.

Privately owned, then I should make my own rule about smoking. You don't have to patronize my business.
