Traveling around New Orleans over the weekend the radio station played their rendition of Sound of Silence from Simon and Garfunkel. I see now the song is a few months old but can't stop listening to it. The mans vocal range is impressive to say the least.

Aaron Lewis, Howard Jones, Ivan Moody, are all much better, IMO. I've tried to like disturbed several times and just can't do it.

I flip through radio stations on my drive to work and the Crap-Rock Station was drooling over this song. I'm a huge fan of the original, so I gave it a listen. Overrated. He has a great voice, but it's not awe inspiring. It's more just a surprise since he sounds like shite in most of the other music they play. The song is more powerful than anything. And I give that credit to Paul Simon and to a lesser extend Art Garfunkel.

No, that was such a terrible cover. The guy has pipes but I can't let the radio stations force feed this one to me. The satellite station I listen to tried to push this and couldn't gain traction. Also, this guy becomes more and more full of himself as time goes by. I miss old disturbed.
