I have been watching some of the trial on Court TV. I understand the kids were drinking but why were they calling him a pedophile and raper? Was it just because he had the goggles on and was looking under the water?

i'm curious about that too. i gotta say, i am not sure how ANY of yall are so certain about either murder OR self defense. that video is confusing as hell. he definitely seems to be the aggressor in the first part of the video, but then it seems like every thing kind of calmed down and no on seems to be a threat to anyone. then they just start pushing him down. it's almost like two completely different physical altercations. i think i'm leaning towards self-defense, but he definitely seems threatening to the group at the beginning of the video.
really weird.

Yeah I was trying to figure out what was going on there (first part of the world star video). It looked like he flipped a tube with someone sitting in it, but nobody on camera said anything about that so maybe I’m wrong?
