You mean she was a part of the group surrounding him, yelling at him, and hitting him, right? Based on what I've seen I absolutely believe that he was in fear of great bodily harm or death when he started stabbing.

If this dude showed a modicum of common sense after the incident and availed himself of the right to shut the F up until he had a lawyer present he probably wouldn't be on trial.

This cat was supposedly looking for his phone away from his group. This group of teenagers started calling him a pedifile and shite. From there it got physical kinda. Chic hit the dude and old dude hit her back. Old guy gets pushed to ground and then slapped. Guy from another slightly older group comes in to push old man down and old man comes up straight gut hooking him. And continues to stab mofos. He could have gotten out with self defensive on the gut hook but he took it to the next level. Gut hooked guy had to hold his guts in. But he actually survived. No one died.

Yeah you're a dumbass. I imagine you're probably over 50 and biased but that old guy is going to prison for a very long time. He's the one that starts the physical altercation by running up and pushing/punching someone. They do it back to him. He then stabs them. No way in hell is this guy not going to prison. The fact you can't see this watching the video is a big problem. At one point he has his fists up ready to hit a 60 year old woman simply talking to him.

And I'm 100% right, he was charged with 1st degree intentional homicide and attempted 1st degree attempted homicide. OT is full of old dumbasses

Good luck with that in court. The first physically violent offender will always 100% of the time be the one whos at fault and goes to prison. Especially how it ended. My guess, which I'm pretty sure I'm right, is that the OT is full of guys older than 45, which is odd for the internet, so they're going to side with this old dude, but he is without a doubt going to prison for a very long time.
