And I'm 100% right, he was charged with 1st degree intentional homicide and attempted 1st degree attempted homicide. OT is full of old dumbasses.

He's going to say that Miu "running" up to the group and touching the tube as he was trying to pick up the snorkel he dropped is an attack.
The only evidence for Miu attacking anyone first was the group of guys starting to yell "you don't hit a girl" well after the fact of them attacking him.

What's your evidence of this? The video surely doesn't show it. It does show the person he "hit" in Miu's face and witnesses have said she put her hands on him. The only evidence for him hitting first is one of the guys saying "you don't hit a woman" well after the alleged hit happened.
