It fricking simple: don't park illegally on the interstate and just comply with simple questioning.....they have every right to ask why are you parked on the interstate in that manner.

Good grief. Just don't do stupid shite and all ends well. Well, most of the time.

I hope my parking indiscretions don't lead me to be killed.

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Love how people are doing ignorant shite, then running right to facebook live to stream their interactions with the police.

Obviously he was having mental issues. Cops aren't equipped to deal with that. If it's a threat they fire.

He's not black so this is a non story really.

These situations are always interesting, including the threshold cops have to consider their lives in danger. Always easy to arm chair quarterback these sorts of things - hard to say what you would actually do in real time in the situation.

PSA: You do not have the right to talk to a supervisor during a traffic stop.

If you want to talk to the officer's supervisor you can request that after the traffic stop is over.

Thank you and you can now return to your regular scheduled programming.

I'm glad he's dead. One less person bothering me for a dollar while filling up at a gas station.

If he had enough presence of mind to film it for Facebook live then he should have been killed.
