I'm just wondering where all the blood went in that bedroom.

Did you see the garage???? It was filled with junk....If she was stabbed 11 times and had her throat slit, there would have been a ton of blood and spatter....There is no possible way they would have been able to find and clean every drop of blood.
There was also a good sized crack in the concrete in the garage that blood would have obviously seeped in to, which the police friggin jack hammered and still didn't find a fricking drop

Yeah, the site wasn't prepped by Dexter Morgan.

One of the things that I could not get over was that the State's case against Steven Avery was that he had Dassey slit Halbach's throat in his bedroom after the sexual assault. Where is her blood? Where is all that blood?
Do I think there's smoke and that Avery did it? Yeah, I do. But not according to the State's case against him that got him convicted.

He's guilty, but Manitowoc County officials are also TPOS.

He's guilty,
Again.....What evidence makes it a slam dunk guilty verdict??? There is none.
Our justice system is not supposed to work that way.....His guilt has to be proven beyond reasonable doubt, not his innocence.
He may have done it, but there is no way in hell the Prosecution presented evidence to nail him for the crime.

I wanted to watch this, but I feel like this thread kinda spoiled it.
So frick you and your stupid thread.

Let's see...
1) Requests Teresa Halbach several times through AutoTrader. Calls her with *67 twice day of the murder. This was left out of the doc.
2) His blood found in her car. Car found on his property.
3) Bone fragments found on his property.
4) Brendan Dassey went home the night of the murder with bleach stains on his pants. This was also left out of the doc.
I am confident he's guilty, but I'm torn on if there is reasonable doubt.

I'm good with a life sentence just for this.

They also found avery's non-blood dna under the hood of her car. Dassey said they popped the hood and took the battery cable.
They found her palm pilot and camera in his burn barrel.
He also purchased leg irons and handcuffs in the weeks prior to Halbach dying.
The documentary was slanted. Do some additional reading.
Steven Avery is a deranged man with a long history of violence towards animals and women. He also likely molested his cousins... Including Brendan.

He often gets overshadowed by Smoltz, Glavine and Maddux, which is pretty easy to do. Not sure about any murders, but there really wasn't a more dominant lefty from 1991-1993. Shame he got injured and didn't last longer.

Brendon Dassey's interview.

I'm now convinced they did it.

FASSBENDER: OK, what else did he do, he did something' else, you need to tell us what he did, after the car is parked there. It's extremely important. (pause) Before you guys leave that car.
BRENDAN: That he left the gun in the car.
FASSBENDER: That's not what I'm thinkin' about. He did something to that car. He took the plates and he, I believe he did something else in that car. (pause).
BRENDAN: I don't know.
FASSBENDER:OK. Did he, did he, did he go and look at the engine, did he raise the hood at all or anything like that? To do something to that car?
BRENDAN: Yeah.
FASSBENDER: What was that? (pause)
WEIGERT: What did he do, Brendan?
WEIGERT: It's OK, what did he do?
FASSBENDER: What did he do under the hood, if what's what he did? (pause)
BRENDAN: I don't know what he did, but I know he went under.
FASSBENDER: He did raise the hood? (Brendan nods "yes") You remember that?
BRENDAN: Yeah.
quote:
Wiegert: did he talk to you about DNA? About getting rid of the stuff for DNA?
Brendan: No
Then why did he use bleach in the garage?
I don't know.
Where else would I find blood if I was looking for blood?
In the house? Tell me where I should look.
I don't know
Tell me where I could find anything, give me something
On the carpet
What would be on the carpet, you think?
What do you think would be there?
I don't know, like skin cells or somethin'
Wiegert: Did he tell you that he unhooked the battery on her jeep?
Brendan: Not that I know of.
Did he talk ta, you guys hung out a lot right? You and him, you were perfect buds.
Yeah
Did he talk a lot about killing people? (pause) Stay with me here. Did he talk a lot about killing people?
Not really
quote:
Okay Brendan, what did you guys do to her head?
Uhh, cut her hair?
Okay, what else?
Uhh...
Okay, I'm just gonna come right out and say it. Who shot her in the head?
(Heavily and sarcastically paraphrased)
kid has a sub 70 IQ and is dumb as a box of rocks and stated to his mom that his was guessing for the answers like he guesses on his homework. There's literally no DNA evidence linking dassey to any sort of rape/murder.

right, and they literally found zero DNA evidence of blood or evidence of bleach in the garage.
the kid made it all up.

I've sat in on 40+ jury trials and it's honestly amazing how one sided jurors are. I've NEVER seen a jury come back with a non-guilty verdict and I've probably been leaning not non-guilty per se, but I'm not 100 percent convinced in 80 percent of them.
Most people just aren't open minded and make up their minds before they even step foot in the court room. It sucks, but it's true.
I like the idea of professional juries.

You should fix your thread title. That being said, I'll spoil it some more.
I still can't get over how the cop called in the plate #, like he was sitting behind it, 2 days before the car was "found" and had no explanation while on the stand.

This is, and has been a national news story for 10 years. Could say since 2003 and his exoneration.. Spoilers?
Posted on 1/4/16 at 8:38 am to Anonymous95
That cop just totally shite himself on the stand, then we had to watch him smugly escorting the prisoners around as if he wasn't the epitome of corruption.
Steven probably did it, but pretty much everyone in county governance needs to be relieved, it's obvious that place is rotten.

The bigger crime is bullying and convicting Brendan Dassey.

Some people should obviously be excluded. It's a sad fact, but not everyone in this Great Nation possesses the critical thinking skills required to decide the fate of another human being when it comes to their life.
