St Tammany rules, here's why:
it's because the st tammany is better. we throw a better party than you, we are more polite than you, we have hotter chicks than you, our food is better than yours, we win hard on the reg and you don't, we have respect for the finer things, we are smarter than you, believe it or not, we're actually much more cultured than you.

I lived there for 10 years before finally getting out. I hated every single second of it. The people are awful. Besides the blah cookie cutter subdivisions, every where you look is an eyesore. The schools are crap. There is absolutely nothing redeemable about that shithole. Travel around a bit more.

It cares for it's own by utilizing the resources of the lesser surrounding parishes, much like royalty would utilize the resources of their peasants.

I would say Hammond has a pretty low crime rate. As a matter of fact, Hammond has a lower murder rate as well. I'll stick to downtown Hammond over any area of Livingston parish any day of the week.
