Post a Picture of Your Vintage SEC or LSU Items - LSUinMA
Found at a flea market today (in freaking Vermont, no less.) Commemorates the 1975 Alabama-Auburn game and the imminent retirement of Shug Jordan. ...

re: Say something about the surroundings of wherever you are. - LSUinMA
It's so rural here I can't hear a goddamn thing except the stream that runs through the backyard and the box fan in the corner. Not a small town person, but this part I like....

re: Recommendations for Quebec City - LSUinMA
Not at all. Am i screwed?
Not really. Most people in the areas where you would expect to find Americans speak at least a little English. You find yourself at a service station 10 miles (ok, kilometers) out of town, be prepared to point to what you want. ...

re: Recommendations for Quebec City - LSUinMA
Poutine for food. Walk around old part of city. Keep your wife/gf/SO away from Longchamp store to avoid spending $800 on a French leather purse. Also, I'll be there on the 4th, keep your distance pardner....

re: Spinoff: what LSU football win made you the happiest? - LSUinMA
Florida 97. When an ordinary guy like me can make out w basically sober hot girl and complete stranger because we won, that's happy. It was like V-J Day on the field after that one....

re: weber grill experts --330 or 310? - LSUinMA
My two cents from owning a Weber is get the E model (enamel) over the S model (stainless steel). I have one of each, one at home and one at the camp and while both work fine cosmetically the E holds up better....

I had a motorcycle delivered today, and had no cash on me. Offered to go to ATM literally a hundred yards away and the guy declined to wait, so I guess he wasn't counting on the tip. ...

re: Let's be real here for a moment regarding Jeb Bush - LSUinMA
I'm in a store right now but I'll refute this later.
I will look forward to reading that, because I don't see how you're going to refute something that is factual in nature. As to the other point, obviously it can't be proven that this is what would happen if Reagan were alive...

re: Let's be real here for a moment regarding Jeb Bush - LSUinMA
Reagan did and actually reverse course. We are at a point where we need to cut spending, at least get close to balancing the budget, and loosen some regulations on business while cutting taxes for the middle class. We need a strong leader on foreign policy and someone who will appoint judges...
That would have been quite, quite messy to say the least...
Something along the lines of half a million to 750,000 casualties depending on how long Operation Downfall would take. Although there was a study done by the War Department which factored in potential total civilian + ...

re: Gen. Douglas MacArthur "dug out dug" - LSUinMA
P.S. - OP is a moron. Same source as before: Repeatedly he deliberately exposed himself to enemy snipers, first as a lieutenant in the Philippines shortly after the turn of the century, then as a captain in Mexico, and finally as a general in three great wars. At the age of seventy he ordered his...
