Soccer moms who can't afford the Infiniti QX80.

You really can't go wrong with the Lexus, and you probably get the best resale value on the market.
But I'm a sucker for those turbos.

What's all this "we" bullshite? Your wife tucked your balls in her purse when she made you buy that.

Actually, it's her's, I drive a 12 year old truck with only 100k miles on it. It's her 50th birthday present. I'm not driving it to the plant.

Does Lexus still only knock off $750-1000 off sticker price?
Posted on 4/7/16 at 2:57 pm to theantiquetiger
My wife has the Q5 and I rarely drive it. I like taking my old Acura everywhere (which she hates). However, we took it from Baton Rouge to Mandeville this weekend and I forgot how fun it is to drive. We just have the 8 speed 2.0T. I never had to rev it over 3500 rpm and was hovering between 85-92 for a while. You couldnt even notice. Putting the transmission in sport mode, which I didnt do because there was too much traffic, really turns it up a notch. It does ride rougher than the Lexus though. My wife thinks it rides "smooth" (her words this weekend) but you definitely feel everything in the road from the 19's and tighter suspension.

Maybe I am imagining things but you seem to "slight brag" on here a lot. You and 911motto should hang out.

If you're willing to travel a few hundred miles, you can get a few thousand off. I'd imagine you could get a local dealer to match or at least get close to an out of town price if it meant a sale that day.

After seeing all of those pictures you posted, I honestly like the Honda more.

All the "luxury" dealers in Louisiana act like they are each, individually, the only possible way to procure the vehicles they sell.

Like I said, it may be time for glasses Those things are so weird looking IRL.

Very nice!
I don't have the RX but I do have the GS350 F Sport. Absolutely love Lexus service department and customer service. You will be very happy.

When I researched this class, I noticed that there is only one domestic that really hangs with the imports - the Cadillac SRX. It seems like all of Cadillac's competitors kept repeating the same line: you won't get reliability like ours with a Cadillac.
Well, 119,000 miles later and my SRX is still running like a champ. And it has better HP than the Asian imports, so it is pretty fun to drive.

That lack of resale value though.
ETA: I do like the most recent version of the SRX though. The fist gen's were awkward looking to say the least.

Yeah, Price Leblanc only knocked off like $750, they said they can work with terms, but the price is the price basically.

I'm not a fan of the Leblanc dealers. I got my wife's Prius from PL Toyota, and they were a giant pain in the arse to deal with. They don't like working with educated buyers it seems.

Is it true you used to have ownership in TD?
