Unless it's a different show, I watched the same thing on discovery or one of those other channels last week.

think about it, that is basically what this country was founded on.

NPR ran an interesting story on the riots this morning from the perspective of a Korean-American woman who was 10 (I think) at the time. Her family ran a convenience store in Compton, and she talked about how she would trade racial insults with their customers on a regular basis but that the community basically respected their family and so the convenience store was left standing.

Very interesting timing.
It's been scheduled for a while to air tonight since it's the 25th anniversary. A number of other channels are having similar content.
It isn't some big conspiracy to stir shite up in BR.

.will it hurt or help to have that footage of a burning city, pulling whites out of vehicles and gunfights in the steeets plastered all over National TV this weekend?
It's a preview of Tuesday night in Baton Rouge.

I hope that all the letting it leak before the verdict takes some of the sting out of the actual announcement and reaction....

No such thing as a coincidence.

The law needs to be changed, but Louisiana law currently does not allow the use of lethal force to protect property, only human life.

I believe it is 9:00pm CST on ABC...
This is super bad timing in my opinion...and I am not completely sure that this is not being aired on purpose. I don't say that out of tin foil hat type thinking, but this morning on the View, asshat Joy Behar mentioned that we are on the verge of rioting once again in the US based on police shootings. She is on ABC, and I found it ironic that she mentioned it this morning out of the blue. The ads for this program just started running about a week ago. Very interesting timing.
Don't believe for one second that this isn't on purpose. It absolutely is and is being done to further divide the country. Divide and conquer its the oldest strategy in the world when trying take down your enemy.

Its easy to get around that. Just put yourself between the animals and your property. The first move they move to do something can be interrupted as a threat on your life. Then you just waste them.

I'd seen the Reginald video but the story of the folks that went to save them was amazing

I'm watching Burn Motherfricker burn on Showtime which is a documentary on the same stuff.
Oh, and it was called an 'uprising' on ABC, not riots.
