not a little bit of over inflating of self worth are we? or maybe not in the business world for very long, when you give notice, you will be shown the door, it's almost a liability thing with companies anymore, no one, not even you, is irreplaceable

I've quit 3 jobs in the last 2 years and worked my 2 weeks each time....last one asked for a month.

where I work, if you put in your notice, or are riffed, you are met with armed guards, escorted to where you can pick up your shite, then escorted off the property, my company is the largest in the world at what they do, and the corporate ideology is a cancer on the company
