Does anyone have a landscape architect they'd recommend for residential work? I don't need them to do any work. I just want someone to draw a plan for me. TIA

Yes, one of my good friends works for the city as a landscape architect but also free lances on the side. Email me at my username@gmail.com and I'll get you his info to contact him.

One of the guys who owns Me-Moes is a landscape architect, they can do all the work as well if you end up wanting it.

I do it for a living. But i take residentials on the side. I know my rates would be lower than anything he's going to get going commercial so to speak.

How large of a project are you considering doing (front, back, hardscape)? We have offices in New Orleans and Covington. If the project is large enough, we can come to BR and provide you with a design....If interested, send me an email at landarky@yahoo.com and I'll get you company info, etc.

The guy that own Plant Tech on Jefferson (was on Airline) is a landscape architect. If you buy your materials from him, he will come out and do it for free. Family owned business, guy knows his stuff, designed my yard for me and gave me good prices on my plants and mulch.
