Attaching a Popeyes to the building doesn't help that theory.

They have always been 40-50 cents higher than anywhere else. I guess it doesn't matter when you're located right in front of Bocage.

The Popeyes closed...it's now a Kolache Kitchen. And that gas station has always been way higher (40-50 cents) than anywhere else. I heard that they were nailed with price-gouging violations after Gustav, but I don't know if that's true.

Everything is insane there. Go buy a six pack of Abita. It's like 13 dollars

The white folks keep pulling in to fuel their Denali so why would he change it?

The Bocage Tennis Moms wouldn't dare be seen pumping gas at Circle K.

It's not just the gas prices that are disparate there. Everything, on an item for item basis, is higher there than any other c store in town.

Strangely, the Exxon at Highland near CCLA always seems to be lower that Siegen Lane stations.

One of the staff threatened to call the cops on me because after I cashed in a $5 scratch off for $10, I got two more $5 scratch offs and gave one to my 9 year old daughter, right there at the counter.

She said it was illegal and don't give it to her, or she was going to call the cops on me for contributing to a minor.

I laughed in her face and gave both to my daughter and told her to scratch away. The lady was losing her mind, near screaming at me. I was hoping one was a winner so my daughter could cash it in.

I don't think so. But, they never smile and it's almost as if you're inconveniencing them.
